Our family recently sold a property in Pt Chev in a slow market before Christmas and with a flood of other properties coming on to the market. Jason gave us excellent advice, a great marketing plan, innovative advertising obviously putting time and thought into his words. He worked hard on the property doing three open homes per week (one a midweek evening) and numerous viewings.
